Md. Ariful Islam
Ariful Islam is a climate activist and development professional. He is currently working at ActionAid Bangladesh. He is the founder and director of the Nirvoy Foundation, which is working on several social issues since 2017. After completing his bachelor’s in computer science and engineering, he is currently pursuing his master’s in Development Studies, and he has also an LLB degree. Ariful worked for the ICT Division, Ministry of Food, Ministry of Commerce, Centre for Peace and Justice-Brac University, FNF Bangladesh, and Jaago Foundation as a training facilitator. He was a journalist and currently, he is writing columns and articles in daily newspapers and magazines.
